(Continuation news of LHBL): the Arbitration Tribunal, and the Hon'ble Court's order will not have any impact on the merits of the dispute that will be adjudicated by the Arbitration Tribunal. LHBL disputes the validity of JGTDS claim and looks forward to having a favorable Award from the Arbitration Tribunal. Please also note that, if the Arbitration Tribunal passes an Award in favour of the Company, the Company will be entitled to recover, in terms of the Award, (cont. 5)
