Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 04.02.2021 and 11.02.2021 regarding Issuance of a Notice of Arbitration against Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution Systems Ltd. (JGTDS), the Company has further informed that on February 22, 2021, the Company submitted a Bank Guarantee for BDT 86,03,34,092.00, the disputed amount from September 2015 till January 2021, to the Registrar of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
