(cont. news on LHBL): at Chhatak, Sunamganj and further restrained JGTDS from terminating the GSA or stopping supply of gas to the petitioner?s aforesaid plant, for a period of three (3) months from date. The Hon?ble Court directed the Company to furnish a Bank Guarantee for the differential amount accrued till 07.02.2021 only from a scheduled bank in the name of the Registrar of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Order.(end)
