Refer to the earlier news on 04.02.2021, the company has further informed that the Company filed Arbitration Application No. 5 of 2021 seeking interim relief in aid of the arbitration. The Hon?ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh passed an order on 7 February 2021 (a certified copy issued on 10.02.2021) issuing a Rule as prayed for, and pending hearing of the Rule, the Honorable Court directed JGTDS to maintain status quo in respect of supply of gas at the Company?s plant (cont.)
