In response to a DSE query dated 12.01.21 regarding publication of news in the online newspaper on agreement signing by LH Group to acquire Firestone Building Products (FSBP), a leader in commercial roofing and building envelope solutions based in the United States(US). However, the Company has informed that LafargeHolcim Bangladesh is not in roofing business yet. While this acquisition is great for LH Group, it has no direct impact in the business of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited under present context.
