(Continuation news of LHBL): In 2015, the gas price fixed by Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) crossed the Celling Price and JGTDS started invoicing the Company as per BERC rate. The Company submitted written objections and since then the Company have been paying as per Celling Price. (cont. 3)
