(Continuation news of LHBL): On 23.11.2021, upon hearing the parties the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh stayed the operation of the Order dated 16.11.2021 passed by the Hon'ble High Court Division for a period of 2 (two) weeks. Accordingly, the production of the Company shall be paused for a period of 2 weeks. (end)
