(Continuation news of LHBL): On January 18, 2022, the Honorable Judge In Chamber of the Appellate Division has passed an order staying the aforesaid Judgment passed by the Honorable High Court Division. The Honorable Judge-In-Chamber also forwarded the CMP filed by the Ministry of Industries for hearing before the Full Bench of the Appellate Division. Accordingly, the aggregates operations of the Company shall remain closed until January 24, 2022 with immediate effect. (end)
