(Continuation news of LHBL): The date of the final hearing of the Arbitration has been fixed from 12 December 2022 to 20 December 2022. 2. We draw attention to note 21(D) to the consolidated financial statements, wherein the management has explained the status of the aggregate business of the Company. The Ministry of Industries, Government of Bangladesh, has issued a letter on 16 September 2021 to LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited (LHBL) to stop selling aggregates in the open market. (cont.3)
