(Continuation news of LHBL): the Company will only be required to pay Ceiling Price. However, by its letter dated 03 January 2021, JGTDS threatened to discontinue the supply of gas under the GSA from 04 March 2021 unless the Company pays for the supply of a gas at the BERC rate. On 03 February 2021, the Company issued the Notice of Arbitration, on JGTDS to resolve the dispute as per the provisions of the GSA. As per the GSA, (cont.6)
