(Continuation news of LHBL): Furthermore, the Appellate Division also directed the Company to pay monthly gas bills at the rate fixed by BERC, as will be invoiced by JGTDS. The Company, in order to preserve the interim relief, is complying with the Appellate Division order, and paid Taka 608 million to JGTDS as on 31 December 2021 against the past claim and differential gas price for the year 2021.
