LHB Corporate Disclosure — 27 February 2022

(Continuation news of LHBL): The order of the Appellate Division relates to the interim relief as stated above and shall have no impact on the merit of the Arbitration pending before the Tribunal. The Company has good case before the Arbitration Tribunal. If the Tribunal finds in favour of the Company, the Ceiling Price shall be applicable and amounts paid to JGTDS against the order of the Appellate Division shall be refunded with interest. (cont.11)

(এলএইচবিএলের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): আপিল বিভাগের আদেশটি উপরে বর্ণিত অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন ত্রাণের সাথে সম্পর্কিত এবং ট্রাইব্যুনালের সামনে বিচারাধীন সালিশির যোগ্যতার উপর কোন প্রভাব ফেলবে না। আরবিট্রেশন ট্রাইব্যুনালে কোম্পানির ভালো মামলা আছে। যদি ট্রাইব্যুনাল কোম্পানির পক্ষে খুঁজে পায়, তাহলে সর্বোচ্চ মূল্য প্রযোজ্য হবে এবং আপিল বিভাগের আদেশের বিপরীতে JGTDS-কে প্রদত্ত অর্থ সুদ সহ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। (প্রচলিত 11)
