LHB Corporate Disclosure — 27 February 2022

(Continuation news of LHBL): The Arbitration Tribunal has been formed. Arbitration proceedings are progressing as per the agreed timetable. The procedural phase has been completed with the execution of the Terms of Appointment between Company, JGTDS and the Arbitral Tribunal. Currently, the Arbitration is in the pleading phase. JGTDS has submitted their response to the Company's Notice of Arbitration. (cont.12)
