LHB Corporate Disclosure — 27 February 2022

(Continuation news of LHBL): vi) On 05 January 2022-After full hearing of all parties, the High Court Division passed the judgment declaring the Impugned Letter as illegal. LHBL recommenced the aggregate production. The Company is yet to receive the certified lied copy of the judgment. vii)On 18 January 2022-Ministry of Industries filed another CMP and the Hon'ble Judge In Chamber of the Appellate Division stayed the order passed by High Court Division dated 05 January 2022 (cont.17)

(LHBL-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): vi) 05 জানুয়ারী 2022-এ সমস্ত পক্ষের সম্পূর্ণ শুনানির পর, হাইকোর্ট ডিভিশন ইমপাগড লেটারটিকে অবৈধ ঘোষণা করে রায় দেয়। এলএইচবিএল সামগ্রিক উৎপাদন পুনরায় শুরু করেছে। কোম্পানি এখনও রায়ের প্রত্যয়িত মিথ্যা অনুলিপি পায়নি। vii) 18 জানুয়ারী 2022-এ শিল্প মন্ত্রণালয় আরেকটি সিএমপি দায়ের করে এবং আপিল বিভাগের চেম্বারে মাননীয় বিচারক 05 জানুয়ারী 2022 তারিখে হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের দেওয়া আদেশ স্থগিত করেন (চলবে 17)
