Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.03.2022 regarding Permission for Re-starting of Aggregate business, the Company has further informed that the Hon'ble Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh was pleased enough to dispose of the Civil Petition for Leave to Appeal No. 360 of 2022 in the matter of Government of Bangladesh represented by the Secretary of the Ministry of Industries and the Company, (Cont.)
