LHB Corporate Disclosure — 6 March 2023

(Continuation news of LHBL): JGTDS filed an appeal before the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh (the Appeal on March 08, 2021). The Appellate Division directed the Company to pay JGTDS the full claimed amount of Taka 903 million in quarterly installments of Taka 100 million. (LHBL-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): JGTDS আপিল বিভাগ, বাংলাদেশের সুপ্রিম কোর্টের কাছে একটি আপিল দায়ের করেছে (08 মার্চ, 2021 তারিখে আপিল)। আপিল বিভাগ কোম্পানিকে 100 মিলিয়ন টাকার ত্রৈমাসিক কিস্তিতে JGTDS-এর পূর্ণ দাবিকৃত 903 মিলিয়ন টাকা পরিশোধ করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। এরপর থেকে কোম্পানিটি আদালতের নির্দেশ পালন করছে। (চলমান 2)
