The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a resolution dated September 15, 2023 that an Award has been passed by the Arbitration Tribunal in an arbitration proceeding between the Company and Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Limited ("JGTDS").
