(Continuation news of LHBL): (GSA) executed between the Company and JGTDS provides the Ceiling Price, which is the maximum price that JGTDS could charge for the gas supplied by them to the Company. JGTDS claimed that the price fixed by the Government/Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) shall be applicable for the gas supplied by them to the Company irrespective of the provisions of Ceiling Price of the GSA.
