(Continuation news of LHBL): the Arbitration Tribunal is in favor of the Company which declares, among others, that the Ceiling Price is a valid and enforceable provision of the GSA and the Company is under no obligation to pay the past invoices issued by JGTDS at a price exceeding the Ceiling Price. The Award orders JGTDS to pay to the Company the Excess Sums that the Company paid to JGTDS for the supply of gas as per the order of the Hon'ble Appellate Division of the Supreme Court. (end)

(LHBL-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): আরবিট্রেশন ট্রাইব্যুনাল কোম্পানির পক্ষে যেটি অন্যদের মধ্যে ঘোষণা করে যে সিলিং প্রাইস GSA-এর একটি বৈধ এবং বলবৎযোগ্য বিধান এবং কোম্পানির JGTDS দ্বারা জারি করা অতীতের চালানগুলি পরিশোধ করার কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই সিলিং প্রাইসকে ছাড়িয়ে যাওয়া দামে। পুরষ্কারটি JGTDS-কে সুপ্রীম কোর্টের মাননীয় আপিল বিভাগের আদেশ অনুসারে গ্যাস সরবরাহের জন্য JGTDS-কে যে অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান করেছিল তা কোম্পানিকে প্রদান করার নির্দেশ দেয়৷ (শেষ)
