Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC.' instead of 'LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited' and DSE Trading Code of the company will be "LHB" instead of "LHBL" with effect from October 09, 2024. Other information (except Name of the Company and Trading Code) of the securities shall remain unchanged.
