The Company has further informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will now be held on July 21, 2022 at 4:00 PM instead of July 14, 2022 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2020.
