The company has further informed that the reason for declaring the Stock dividend is to increase the paid-up capital to BDT 30.00 crore. The company has also informed that Sponsors and Directors hold 516,960 shares, general shareholders hold 984,960 shares of the company, and the general shareholders will get cash dividend of BDT 29,54,880/-. Reasons for deviation in EPS: EPS has been increased due to increase in sales and other income.
