Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 22.10.2023 regarding dividend declaration for the year ended June 30, 2021, the Company has further informed that it has not got approval from BSEC yet for issuance of 50% Stock Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2021. The record date (12.11.2023) is only applicable for entitlement of 30% cash dividend. The company has also informed that it will declare record date for stock dividend after getting approval from BSEC.
