LIBRAINFU Corporate Disclosure — 24 December 2024

The company has informed that the Honorable High Court has issued a Rule Nisi instructing Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. to provide all forms of financial assistance to Libra Infusions Limited in accordance with the agreement executed between them. As a result of this directive, there will no longer be any shortfall in the working capital of Libra Infusions Limited. Consequently, there are no longer any obstacle to full-scale production.

সংস্থাটি জানিয়েছে যে মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট আল-আরাফাহ ইসলামী ব্যাংক পিএলসিকে নির্দেশ দিয়ে একটি রুল নিসি জারি করেছেন। তাদের মধ্যে সম্পাদিত চুক্তি অনুসারে লিব্রা ইনফিউশনস লিমিটেডকে সকল প্রকার আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করা। এই নির্দেশের ফলে, লিব্রা ইনফিউশনস লিমিটেডের কার্যকরী মূলধনে আর কোনো ঘাটতি থাকবে না। ফলে পূর্ণাঙ্গ উৎপাদনে আর কোনো বাধা নেই।
