With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 27.12.2016) regarding a press release on a potential merger, the Company has further informed that Linde AG, Germany (Linde) has signed a legally binding Business Combination Agreement with Praxair, Inc., USA (Praxair) on June 01, 2017 governing the terms and conditions of a merger of equals between the two Companies.
