The Board of Directors has recommended 110% final cash dividend (i.e. total 310% cash dividend for the year 2013 inclusive of 200% interim cash dividend which has already been paid) for the year ended on December 31, 2013. The Company has also reported NAV of Tk. 2,458.50 million, EPS of Tk. 48.55 and NOCFPS of Tk. 54.91 for the year ended on December 31, 2013.
