(Continuation news of LINDEBD): To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions as special resolution, with or without modification: "Resolved that Draft Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger of Linde Bangladesh Limited ("the Scheme") be and is hereby approved and subject to sanction of the Scheme by the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and subject to approval of the Scheme by the creditors of Linde Bangladesh Limited (cont.2)
