Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 20.06.2024 regarding interim dividend declaration, the company further informed that the directors proposed an interim cash dividend of Tk. 154.00 per share (1,540%) based on the Audited Interim Financial Statements of the Company as on 31 October 2023, however, the Company did not announce any further dividend and the said interim dividend considered as final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023.
