LINDEBD Earnings Update

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved that an interim dividend of Taka 410.00 per Ordinary Share (4100%) of Taka 10 each (the declared dividend includes capital gain out of divestment of subsidiary Linde Industries Pvt. Ltd.) in issue be paid based on the Audited Interim Financial Statements of the Company as on July 31, 2024. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 415.08, NAVPS of Tk. 632.35 and NOCFPS of Tk. 13.19 as on July 31, 2024 (cont.1)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ অনুমোদন করেছে যে ইস্যুতে 10 টাকার প্রতিটি সাধারণ শেয়ারের (4100%) প্রতি 410.00 টাকা অন্তর্বর্তী লভ্যাংশ (ঘোষিত লভ্যাংশের মধ্যে সহায়ক লিন্ডে ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ প্রাইভেট লিমিটেডের বিনিয়োগের বাইরে মূলধন লাভ অন্তর্ভুক্ত) 31 জুলাই, 2024 তারিখে কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত অন্তর্বর্তী আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে অর্থ প্রদান করা হবে। কোম্পানিটি টাকার EPSও রিপোর্ট করেছে। 415.08, টাকার NAVPS 632.35 এবং NOCFPS টাকা 13.19 জুলাই 31, 2024 (চলমান)
