The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved a proposal to purchase shares equal to 50% of the paid-up capital of Sharika Foods & Amandala Limited. The company wants to purchase 5 lakh shares @Tk. 10 each which is equal to 50% of the current paid-up capital of Sharika Foods & Amandala Limited. The acquisition cost of purchasing 5 lakh shares is Tk. 50,00,000.00 which will be funded from the earnings of the company. (cont.)
