Mr. Md. Ekramul Haque, one of the Sponsor Directors of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 2,000,000 shares of the Company to his brother Mr. Md. Zahedul Haque (General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.

কোম্পানির অন্যতম উদ্যোক্তা পরিচালক জনাব মোঃ একরামুল হক, ডিএসই কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহার হিসেবে কোম্পানির ২০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার তার ভাই জনাব মোঃ জাহেদুল হকের (কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার) কাছে হস্তান্তর করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন।
