LRBDL Approves Factory BMRE Investment

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has taken the resolution in complying with clause no, 06 of Part- C of the IPO consent letter that the company needs more 18 (eighteen) months' time extension effecting from March 1, 2023, onwards for the BMRE Project Implementation smoothly and operatively with the available own equity lying the Bank and others mean of finance that the matter will be placed at forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on December 27, 2023.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ আইপিও সম্মতি পত্রের পার্ট-সি এর ক্লজ নং, 06 মেনে রেজুলেশন নিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির আরও 18 (আঠার) মাস সময় বাড়ানো দরকার 1 মার্চ, 2023 থেকে কার্যকর হবে। BMRE প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নের জন্য সহজলভ্য এবং কার্যকরীভাবে উপলব্ধ নিজস্ব ইক্যুইটি ব্যাংক এবং অন্যান্য অর্থের অর্থের সাথে যে বিষয়টি 27 ডিসেম্বর, 2023-এ অনুষ্ঠিতব্য আসন্ন বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় রাখা হবে।
