LRBDL Corporate Disclosure — 19 February 2024

(Continuation news of LRBDL): was caused by the non-cooperation from the Corporate Lead Bankers for L/C Financing. During the period of non-cooperation from L/C Financing Bank, the Company was to purchase raw materials from the local market at exorbitant prices rendering the products uncompetitive and unsold stock of lot of finished goods. Continuous fall of transportation business being a niece market very slow sales turnover was experienced. (cont.3)

(LRBDL-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): এল/সি ফাইন্যান্সিংয়ের জন্য কর্পোরেট লিড ব্যাঙ্কারদের অসহযোগিতার কারণে হয়েছিল। এল/সি ফাইন্যান্সিং ব্যাঙ্কের অসহযোগিতার সময়, কোম্পানিকে স্থানীয় বাজার থেকে অত্যধিক দামে কাঁচামাল ক্রয় করতে হয়েছিল যাতে পণ্যগুলি প্রতিযোগীতাহীন এবং প্রচুর সমাপ্ত পণ্যের অবিক্রীত মজুদ ছিল। পরিবহন ব্যবসার ক্রমাগত পতন একটি ভাগ্নি বাজারে খুব ধীর বিক্রয় টার্নওভার অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল.
