(Continuation news of LRGLOBMF1): ordinary shares of Tk. 100/- each of Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd at a price of Tk. 12,500 each during the year 2019. Out of the said 14,098 nos. of ordinary shares, 50% i.e. 7,049 nos. shares was directly purchased from the company and the remaining 7,049 nos. shares was purchased from Mr. Toufique Imrose Khalidi, Managing Director of the company as transfer of shares of the said company.
