(Continuation of news of LRGLOBMF1): 2. No approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has been obtained with respect to equity investment for Tk. 14,993,600 out of Tk. 83,193,600 as disclose in Annexure-F of the accompanying financial statements; and 3. In excess of stipulated limit of investment in one entity, the Fund has invested additional amount as disclose in Note-5.3 to the accompanying financial statements. (end)
