(Continuation of news of LRGLOBMF1): We have not seen any approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission in support of issuance of these preference shares nor any documents submitted to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firm after allotment of these shares by the issuing entitles. Further, there was no explicit provision/clause in respect of issuance of preference shares in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Associations of these companies. (cont. 2)
