The auditor of the LR Global Bangladesh Mutual Fund One has given the "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 September, 2022. Emphasis of matters: Without qualifying our opinion, we would like to draw the attention of the following matters. 1. We refer to the Note # 5.02 & Annexure-D and state that the Fund invested in Energy Prima Ltd. by acquiring 306,000 number of ordinary shares at cost of Tk. 95 per share and revalued the shares as on 30 Sept.
