We refer to the Note # 5.02 & Annexure -D and state that the Fund invested in Unicorn Industries Ltd. by acquiring 6,200,000 number of ordinary shares at cost of Tk. 11 per share and 2,231,315 number of convertible preference shares at cost of Tk. 10 per shares and revalued the both type of shares as on 30 Sept. 2022 at Tk. 13.67 by applying discounted cash flow method.
