(Continuation news of LRGLOBMF1): (including share premium) and Loss per share is Tk. 43.71. 4. We refer to the Note # 5.02 & Annexure-D and state that the Fund invested in Rangpur Distilleries & Chemicals Ltd. by acquiring 3,241,022 number of ordinary shares at cost of Tk. 10 per share. We have not been provided any valuation report the said investment and the AMC revalued the shares at cost of TK. 12.50 per shares. (cont.10)
