Referring to the BSEC letter No. SEC/SRMIC/94-31/181 dated April 28, 2022, Mr. Mustafa Kamal Mohiuddin, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell 1,00,980 shares out of his holding 13,09,416 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
