Referring to the BSEC letter No. SEC/SRMIC/94-31/181 dated April 28, 2022, Bangladesh Development Group Ltd., one of the Corporate Directors of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell 4,36,000 shares out of its holding 9,90,970 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
