The Company has informed that as per BSEC letter no. BSEC/SRMIC/94-31/181 dated 28-04-2022 the sale proceeds of total 9,36,980 shares sold by 3 Sponsors and Directors of the Company through Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. amounting to Tk. 15,50,96,350.51 only net of brokerage commission and payment of Advance Income Tax, has been utilized for adjustment of bank loan liability of the Company with Social Islami Bank Ltd., Principal Branch, Dhaka.
