(Cont. news of PAPERPROC): Reasons for deviation: 8% Bonus Shares comprising of 835,968 shares have been added with the paid-up capital of the company on 18-01-2024 and then 18,317,810 shares have been added due to merger of Magura Paper Mills Ltd. with Paper Processing & Packaging Ltd. on 19-02-2024. Resultantly at present the paid-up capital of the company has increased to Tk. 296,033,780.00. Significant positive changes in NAVPS, EPS and NOCFPS are after effects of the merger. (end)
