Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, one of the Sponsors of the company, passed away on 02.12.2024. The company has informed that his holding of 870,800 shares (out of his total holding of 940,464 shares) will be transmitted to the account of his nominee Mr. Mostafa Jamal Mohiuddin who is son of Late Mohiuddin Ahmed and also a Director of the company.
