The Company has informed that to expand the business of the Company and thereby to increase the profitability and to secure greater interest of the Company, the Board of Directors has resolved to sell its unutilized land measuring 194.35 decimal situated at Gouripur, Ashulia, Savar and it's building structure measuring 30,000 sq. ft. In total consideration value of BDT 12,25,00,000.00 in favour of Maksons Textile Limited. (cont. 1)
