The Company has informed the following: (1) The Southeast Bank Limited, Principal Branch has approved the company's proposal to extend L/C opening facility worth Tk. 161.15 crore (360 days UPAS L/C Tk. 140.00 crore +sight L/C 21.15 crore) at nil margin to import capital machinery covered by lien of right issue fund of Tk. 140.00 crore preserved with Southeast Bank Ltd., Uttara Branch with a fresh term loan limit of Tk. 33.15 crore (US$ 2.712 million Foreign Currency Term Loan equivalent to Tk. 21.15 crore + Local Term Loan Tk. 12.00 crore) for setting up 100% export oriented 52,800 spindle capacity ring spinning new unit (i.e. unit-2) adjacent to the existing unit, (cont.-1)
