MAKSONSPIN AGM Disclosure

(cont. news of MAKSONSPIN): The Board of Directors has also decided to subscribe further 2,00,00,000 nos. of ordinary shares (Tk.10 each) against Tk. 20,00,00,000/-(Tk. Twenty crore) of Maksons Textiles Limited, subject to approval by the shareholders in the upcoming 20th AGM. Maksons Textiles Limited is the 100% export oriented Spinning Industry and is under implementation of a project having 25,824 Spindle with production capacity of 27,000 kg yarn per day. (cont.3)
