(Continuation news of MALEKSPIN): The Board of Directors of NSL has offered the proportionate additional shares of Tk.158,868,800.00 to MSML. The Board of Directors of MSML have approved the proposal of NSL. As a result, the shareholding percentage will remain unchanged i.e 99.293%. MSML shall subscribe to the proposed additional share issues of the above subsidiary from its internal generation of funds. (cont. 2)
