The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the proposal of Board of Directors of Salek Textile Limited (STL) a subsidiary Company of Malek Spinning Mills Limited (97.925% shares held by MSML) for closing down of the RMG Unit of Salek Textile Limited with effect from December 31, 2021 due to accumulated losses and expiry of Lease Agreement of the factory building and premises. কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ RMG ইউনিট বন্ধ করার জন্য মালেক স্পিনিং মিলস লিমিটেডের একটি সহযোগী কোম্পানি সালেক টেক্সটাইল লিমিটেড (STL) এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদের প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করেছে (MSML এর 97.925% শেয়ার) 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2021 থেকে কার্যকরী সালেক টেক্সটাইল লিমিটেডের পুঞ্জীভূত ক্ষতি এবং কারখানা ভবন ও প্রাঙ্গনের ইজারা চুক্তির মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার কারণে। (চলবে)
