MALEKSPIN Corporate Disclosure — 23 June 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to purchase of 55.00 Bigha i.e. 1,815.00 decimal land at a consideration of approximately Tk.55.00 crore for new plant at Bhaluka, Mymensingh from its Directors/Related parties on fair market price basis, which may exceed l% (one percent) or above of the total tangible assets shown in the statement of financial position as of end of the immediate preceding financial year.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ময়মনসিংহের ভালুকায় নতুন প্ল্যান্টের জন্য প্রায় 55.00 বিঘা অর্থাৎ 1,815.00 দশমিক ভূমি ক্রয় করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে তার পরিচালকদের/সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষের কাছ থেকে ন্যায্য বাজার মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে, যা হতে পারে l% (এক শতাংশ) বা তার চেয়ে বেশি মোট বাস্তব সম্পদের ঊর্ধ্বে যা আর্থিক অবস্থার বিবৃতিতে দেখানো হয়েছে অবিলম্বে পূর্ববর্তী আর্থিক বছরের শেষ পর্যন্ত।
